		"The Doak Snead Band" flyer circa summer 1973. Artist: Rebekah Snead. For six months or more, everytime the band played (which was alot!), we plastered the drag around the University of Texas in Austin with these things. I personally put up and tore down hundreds of 'em!"
		"Asleep at the Wheel and the Doak Snead Band," circa fall 1973. I didn't draw much back then, but I recognize the printing as mine and Becky's. The cowboy charicature was drawn by legendary Austin artist Guy Juke.
		"Tom & Billy," later known as "T.Gosney Thornton and Doak Snead," circa Spring 1971. I think T. Gosney made this one up. This one signifies the very first time I played in Austin, TX. I think we were guaranteed $15 plus beer to drive from Angelo to Austin for the gig."
		"John Prine with Doak Snead on the University of Texas, Austin campus, circa Fall 1973, artist unknown, Hogg Auditorium -- named after either Ima or Ura, or their dad, Mr. Hogg, who was a Texas governor, I think. Every Austin musician or music biz guy who was anybody was there for that show. The first big exposure gig for us, there were two shows, and both were packed. The only show I ever did with John, but he still remembers it. Funny, now in 2002, my daughter Emma is in the first grade with John's son, Jack, here in Nashville."
